The solar panel is larger than it looks in pictures (67cm x 53cm) and bracket protrudes 52cm from wall. This needs planning to make sure it is suitable to install. Made of 2.5mm thick solid steel and mounts most 12v CCTV security camera's. Bracket has 12v / 60Ah rechargeable battery inside with standard 2.1mm DC connector plug and power switch. Also built into bracket is LED charge status of battery. 

Disclaimer: Micronic can not guarantee the solar panel and battery inside bracket will power all camera's all year round. Depending on usage and installation the battery life will vary. Lack of sunlight/daylight required for solar panel to keep battery charged is down to planning of installation and location. A minimum of 4 hours normal daylight is required and still depends on camera usage. If watching camera live 24 hours a day with no daylight battery lasts for 4 days. Fully discharged battery the solar panel requires 8 hours of good sunlight for camera to come back to life. This happens automatically without the need to go back to camera and reset. It then needs a few decent days of sunlight to fully recharge battery and return to normal state. We have never experienced this problem with any of our customers but have tested how it worked when treated this way. A total of 48 hours of good sunlight over 4-6 days is required to fully recharge battery. Camera continues to operate normally whilst recharging battery.

Micronic aim to fulfil orders the same working day when placed and confirmed on our store channel before 2pm UK time (Monday-Friday).  Orders placed after 2pm UK time will be fulfilled the next working day.
